M. Srinivas, the founder of Sri Foundation, possesses a Master's degree in Economics and has been engaged in the banking sector since 2013. Initially starting with small contracts from L&T, he gradually expanded his involvement and by 2015, secured a significant contract with L&T Metro, focusing on extensive earthwork and medium-scale projects, which have become central to their business operations.
In 2017, Sri Foundation established a rehabilitation center aimed at aiding the recovery of 100 to 200 individuals. This initiative marked a pivotal moment in their commitment to social welfare. Subsequently, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Sri Foundation diversified its efforts by establishing an NGO dedicated to helping the children of alcoholic parents by supporting their education. The foundation has dedicated substantial financial resources, amounting to between 50 to 60 lakhs, towards these crucial initiatives, underscoring its commitment to social responsibility.

This integrated approach helps stabilize family environments and promotes holistic development for children.Presently, Sri Foundation is governed by a board of 7 trustees, including recent additions. Notably, S. Narmadha, M. Srinivas's wife and holder of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (BSc Mathematics), plays an active role in supporting the foundation's endeavors. Another key trustee, G. Mugilan, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE), serves as the manager of Sri Foundation, providing essential leadership and operational support.This comprehensive overview highlights M. Srinivas's entrepreneurial journey with Sri Foundation, emphasizing their philanthropic initiatives in rehabilitation and education, and showcasing the pivotal roles played by key personnel in managing and supporting the foundation's diverse activities aimed at social welfare and community development.
